The Creative Department

Since its early stages, I’ve partnered with The Creative Department as a lead freelance copywriter and brand builder, helping to shape the brand's foundation from the ground up. I created core brand documents and developed paid social and website copy, defined the mission statement, and helped establish the brand voice. I also built lifecycle email flows spanning pre- and post-purchase journeys, tailored to different user behaviors and engagement points. In addition, I concepted, scripted, filmed, and edited UGC-style content to support organic growth and brand storytelling.
